50 people: Sit Down & Formal. 100 Cocktail & Informal
The client will have access to their chosen Ceremony space, Marque, all included package items and any hired items from midday Day Prior to Wedding Date to allow for set up & Agree to have all breakdown, removal and clean up complete by midday Day After Wedding Date. (48 Hours)
The venue is yours to use as you please during the 48 hours, provided you have cleaned up by midday day after your wedding date.

No, we have a list of possible catering options & vendors, but you are free to choose your own suppliers.
Full set up including triangle arch can be set up in the Marque if weather doesn't permit your ceremony to be outside
On-site Parking spaces (additional to those allocated to guests) are limited. Where-ever possible it is preferable that guests not staying onsite are transported to and from site. Claremont Motel is home to Martinborough transport service ‘Claremont Cabs’ making transporting your guests simple! Parking & transport requirements to be discussed with the event team and organized on a case by case basis
To respect our neighbours and comply with local rules, all music and outdoor noise must finish by 10:00 PM.After this time, you are welcome to continue your celebrations quietly, provided that noise levels remain respectful of other onsite guests and our neighbours. Shut Down Midnight.
All alcohol is BYO.
Deposit: $1000.00 is due upon signing the agreement to hold wedding date.
Payment 2: $1000.00 is due 1 month prior to the date of wedding.
Payment 3: Balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
The client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, guests or vendors. A Bond of $500 is required.
Cancellation must be made in writing.
$1000.00 deposit becomes Non Refundable 6 months out from Date of Wedding.
If the Cancellation occurs within 28 Days of Date of Wedding both the Deposit &Payment 2 as stated in Payment Schedule are forfeited.
If the cancellation occurs within 6 days payments 1,2 & 3 as stated in the Payment Schedule are forfeited.

Fireworks, open flames of any description, confetti and illegal products are prohibited from the entire complex at all times.
Yes, it is included in all packages if required
Yes provided you keep within noise limits at all times.
This depends on the package you choose and will be outlined in the
T & C’s of your contract… check with the Events Team
Yes, but they can only fly above the ceremony & marque areas of the complex. Strictly NO flying above any accommodation rooms or neighbouring properties.
