CHECK-OUT TIME
To assist in accommodating incoming guests, please observe the check-out time of 10.00am. Please return your key to reception or the after hours key box at reception as you check out.
CHECK-IN TIME
Check-In is any time after 2:00pm
MILK
A small bottle of milk is complimentary on arrival. This is not replenished daily, but if you do require extra please see reception.
DAILY SERVICING
Your room will be serviced if you are staying more than one night. Please note we cannot make your bed if personal belongings are evident on the bed. If you require clean towels please leave used ones on the bathroom floor, but if you feel it is unnecessary to replace towels daily, please leave your towels hanging.
AIR CONDITIONING
All units and apartments have Air Conditioning, instructions are in room, but if you have any problems contact reception during office hours 8:30am - 7pm
DO NOT DISTURB
We respect your privacy so please use the DO NOT DISTURB door tag in your room if you do not require your room serviced
COOKING
All units have cooking facilities for your convenience. Please be considerate to incoming guests and keep odorous foods to a minimum. There may be extra charges if we are unable to remove cooking smells at the time of cleaning.
BREAKAGES / ITEMS NOT WORKING
Please let us know if anything is broken or stops working, during your stay. We will endeavor to fix or replace as soon as possible. Please note for negligent damage we will pass on the repair/replacement cost to your credit card.
TV & DVD PLAYER ARE IN EACH ROOM
To play movies turn on both TV & DVD player. Then press button on TV remote, then scroll to select HDMI, then select movies. If you have problems with TV or DVD contact reception during office hours 8:30am - 7pm.
Sky TV is not available.
PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION
The Claremont is Pet Friendly, so your pets are welcome to join you ... please contact the office prior to organize.

We have a selection of breakfast options and platters, menu/ order forms are in the units and available at reception.
PORT-A-COT & HIGHCHAIR
We have available a limited number of complimentary Port-a-Cot’s and Highchairs, enquire at reception
TAXI SERVICE
We operate towns taxi service CLAREMONT CABS from The Claremont, if you need any transport whilst in Martinborough pop into reception or give us a call on 06 306 9162.
FIRST AID KIT
There is a First Aid Kit available at reception.

LAUNDR Y
The guest laundry is situated next to reception. Washing powder is available at reception for $2 per sachet. The dryer is $4 and the washing machine $2 coin to operate a 30-min cycle. The washing machine and dryer are available for guest use during office hours.
BBQ
Communal BBQ is located in grassed area between the two Apartment carports.
GIANT CHESS BOARD
A giant outdoor Chess board is located beside the BBQ area.
PETANQUE COURT
A Petanque court is located behind the hedge on RHS as you drive towards the gate. You may pick up the Petanque balls at reception.
BOARD GAMES & DVDs
A selection of Board Games & DVD’s are available, free, from reception.
