The Claremont Onsite Facilities

 

CHECK-IN TIME

Check-In is from 2:00pm.

CHECK-OUT TIME

To assist in accommodating incoming guests, please observe the check-out time of 10.00am. Please return your key to reception as you check out.

MILK

A bottle of milk is complimentary on arrival.

This is not replenished daily, but if you require extra, please see reception.

AIR CONDITIONING

All units and apartments have Air Conditioning. If you have any problems operating it, contact reception during office hours 8:30am - 7pm.

COOKING

All units have cooking facilities for your convenience. Please be considerate to incoming guests and keep odorous foods to a minimum. There may be extra charges if we are unable to remove cooking smells

at the time of cleaning.

BREAKAGES / ITEMS NOT WORKING

Please let us know if anything is broken or stops working, during your stay. We will endeavor to fix or replace as soon as possible. Please note, for negligent damage we will pass on the repair/replacement cost to your credit card.

 

ROOM SERVICING

Your room will be serviced daily. Please note we cannot make your bed if personal items are evident on the bed. If you require clean towels, please leave your used ones on the bathroom floor, but if you feel it is unnecessary to replace towels daily, please leave them hanging.

DO NOT DISTURB

We respect your privacy so please use the DO NOT DISTURB door tag in your room if you do not require your room serviced

SUSTAINABILITY

We are an environmentally friendly property. Please help us with our efforts to protect our environment. Ways you can help are to conserve as much water as possible, turn off heaters and air conditioning units when you are not in your room, switch off lights when you are out, hang any towels you don’t wish to be changed and recycle as much waste as possible.

BIN LINERS

Don’t be concerned that there are no plastic liners in your bins. This is one of our sustainability measures, just use the bin as you would at home and our team will empty and clean it when servicing your room.

PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION

The Claremont is Pet Friendly, so your furry

friends are welcome to join you ... please contact the office prior to organize.

Free unlimited WIFI is available throughout the complex. Logon details are on the caddy containing your remote controls.

We have a selection of breakfast options and platters, Menu/ order forms are in the units and available at reception.

BIKE HIRE

Bikes are available for hire, enquire at reception.

PORT-A-COT & HIGHCHAIR

We have available a limited number of complimentary Port-a-Cot’s and Highchairs, enquire at reception

TAXI SERVICE

We operate towns taxi service CLAREMONT CABS from The Claremont, if you need any transport whilst in Martinborough pop into reception or give us a call on 06 306 9162.

FIRST AID KIT

There is a First Aid Kit available at reception.

Guest laundry facilities are situated next to reception and available for guest use during office hours of 8:30 am - 7pm. Both washing machine and dryer are operated with $2 coins. Laundry powder sachets are available for $1each.

BBQ

Communal BBQ is located in grassed area between the two Apartment carports.

GIANT CHESS BOARD

A giant outdoor Chess board is located beside the BBQ area.

PETANQUE COURT

A Pétanque court is located behind the hedge on the RHS as you drive towards the gate. You may pick up the Pétanque balls at reception.

BOARD GAMES & DVD’s

A selection of Board Games, DVD’s & DVD players are available from reception.

Sky TV is not available.
